How do I remove the rear brake drum from a 66 ford 3/4 ton truck?

The drum doesn't pull off when the wheel is removed. Do I need to remove the axle? Or just loosen the bolts on the hubs? Is it different than a half ton truck where the drum just pulls right off? Any help would be appreciated. Once I get the drum off I can change the brakes but this is my first 3/4 ton truck. Thanks. How do I remove the rear brake drum from a 66 ford 3/4 ton truck?

Spray the center of the hub with WD40

Next get a screw driver and put it between the drum and the backing plate and pry on it while hitting the hub in the center with a rubber hammer.
